PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONTROL

We take care of everything for tenants- from electrics, water and internet connections to attending owners’ meetings. We will check accounts and, in cooperation with a security firm, inspect your property at regular intervals, to protect against burglaries and squatters.

In the event of any damage our experts will organise immediate repairs, after approval of estimates. We will, of course, be happy to supervise any other works on your behalf. Our in-house property lawyer can also offer any legal advice needed.
